House Rules
We kindly ask guests to adhere to the following rules:
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in this property. Please use the outside areas and ashtrays provided.
LIMIT NOISE: Please consider our neighbours and surroundings.
TAKE CARE: Please treat our belongings respectfully and kindly inform us of any damages.
BE CONSCIOUS: Please switch off all lights and electrical appliances when you leave the property.
SECURITY: Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the property. No parties. No extra guests or visitors.
Cancellation Policy
When making a direct reservation, we provide the following cancellation options:

A full refund if canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

A 50% refund if canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking through other channels, the cancellation policy may vary.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Should you require a taxi or car hire for your stay, we are happy to arrange it for you at a surcharge. Please don't hesitate to contact us; we will make all necessary arrangements.
CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
PET-FRIENDLY HOME
Bring your pets with you! They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious garden while you relax in the upscale hot tub.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
